Stir in seasonings and beer and simmer, uncovered, over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and bread crumbs. Cool to lukewarm, if necessary, adding more bread crumbs. Line 10-inch pie plate with pastry and spoon in pork mixture. Cover with the crust. Bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven 30 to 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
