Add pork tenderloin and pepper and increase heat to medium high and saute for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove to plate. Reduce heat to medium and cook celery, thyme, sage and quinoa, stirring for 5 minutes or until starting to pop. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
