Crispy air fryer Ham & Cheese Pockets ready in 10 minutes. This easy homemade recipe is perfect for lunch, snacks, or busy weeknights. Kid-friendly too!

Ingredients:
- 8 slices deli Ontario ham (about 175 g total)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) baby spinach or baby arugula
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded cheese
- Half red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salsa (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Lay 3 slices of ham in centre of each tortilla. Divide spinach in over top of ham and top withcheese and pepper. Fold sides of tortilla over centre and fold in half. Place in air fryer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes, turn over and air fry for another 2 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.
- Variations: Substitute deli ham for 1 cup (250 mL) pulled pork or chopped roast pork.
