Easy and cheesy sausage flatbreads on naan in only 20 minutes. Crispy edges, melty mozzarella. Perfect for two and easy to customize!

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (250 g) Ontario pork sausage meat
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) finely chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 naan breads (240 g total)
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook sausage, onion and garlic for about 6 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Remove from heat.
- Place naan breads onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC)
- Stir together pizza sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Spread onto naans evenly. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over top of each. Top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until naan is golden around the edge and cheese melts.
